Thanks to your efforts, our service technicians can perform their work optimally, and customers always know what to expect. You're the one who maintains a clear overview, adapts quickly, and ensures everything runs smoothly.
Planning & Coordination
· Planning and coordinating service and maintenance work for 12 service technicians.
· Managing the on-call schedule, annual planning, and holiday planning.
· Analyzing customer reports and determining whether a problem can be resolved remotely or if a technician is needed.
· Continuously monitoring progress and adjusting where necessary to optimize the schedule.
· Coordinating with service technicians and internal colleagues to ensure efficient workflow.

Is solution-oriented, stress-resistant, and a strong communicator.
Has experience with planning and coordination, preferably in a refrigeration environment.

Has an affinity for technology (experience in refrigeration technology is a must).
