What will you be doing?
As Controller, you are responsible for safeguarding the financial health of our organization. You will work closely with the management team, project managers, and team leads, translating figures into actionable management information. You won't be doing this alone; you will work with a team of three Administration Officers, and together you will be responsible for:
· Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports;
· Monitoring budgets, liquidity, and financial results;
· Preparing forecasts and financial analyses;
· Supporting project control and post-calculations;
· Identifying variances and advising on improvement measures;
· Preparing the annual accounts and managing external audits;
· Optimizing financial processes and internal controls;
· Developing KPI dashboards and management information in Power BI;
· Supporting investment and business cases.

A bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Business Economics, Accountancy, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience as a Controller, Financial Controller, or in a similar role
Experience within a project-based organization, technical services, or the installation sector is a plus
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
Strong communication skills
A proactive and independent work ethic
Leadership experience or the ambition to manage and further develop a team
· A fixed-term employment contract, with the prospect of a permanent position after one year of successful performance;
· A gross monthly salary between €4,500 and €6,000 based on a 40-hour work week;
