Team Automation then translates this design into smart software, PLC programming and a clear, user-friendly visualisation. By carrying out extensive dry testing in advance, we ensure that the functionality of the installation is carefully checked before commissioning begins.
A cooling or climate control installation consists of many different components: compressors, motors, valves, sensors and control components. Individually, these components do very little. It is the automation software that connects, controls and coordinates them. This results in an installation that is not only technically well built, but also reliable, efficient and easy to operate.
The installation is built by our experienced technicians, who ensure that all components are carefully positioned and connected. Once the installation is technically ready, Nijssen Automation gets to work on site. During commissioning, the software, control system and visualisation are integrated with the practical operation of the installation.

In some cases, practical conditions on site require adjustments, as they may differ from the original design.
